GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

• All the pupils should attend the school assembly.
• The pupils should adorn neat and clean school uniform.
• The students are expected to be punctual for school.
• Students are not allowed to wear valuables like watches or jewellery, or carry mobiles.
• The principal is available during the timings intimated with prior appointment.
• Criticism of any teacher in presence of your ward should be strictly avoided because it causes loss of respect for that teacher. A genuine complaint or consultation should be escalated to the coordinator or the principal.
• The students are not allowed to receive visitors or to make phone calls during class hours, except for emergencies or urgencies with the due permission of the principal only.

LEAVE RULES

• Leave for two days will be granted by the class teacher and for more than that period by the principal on recommendation of the class in-charge.
• Leave during examination days under unavoidable circumstances should be sanctioned by the principal.
• It may please be noted that children will not be sent home during school hours.
• Pupils absent from an examination for any reason will be considered absent. No re-test will be conducted in case of absence.

PAYMENT OF DUES

• Parents/Guardian are requested to preserve printed receipts of fees paid issued to them.
• The fees are payable in advance for quarter by 10th of April, July, October and January. A late fee or ₹.500/- monthly will be charged if fee still remains outstanding, the same rates of late fee will be repeated from 1st of next month. Name of student is liable to be struck off if fee is not paid during the quarter. Readmission will be at the discretion of the management.
• Fees is non-refundable and non-adjustable, even in case of siblings.

GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

• You should regularly check the School App / Text Msg / Whatsapp Msg regarding your ward.
• Your child is not supposed to bring money to school. In necessary circumstances, only a very limited amount of cash be with the student as per the need.
• Always pay the fees and other dues on time.
• Attend the parent/teacher meetings to ensure being an active part of child’s progress in school.
• Parents, guardians and visitors are not allowed to walk into the classrooms to meet their children.
• If, for any reason the child has not been able to bring lunch, the same can be deposited with the gate peon mentioning the name, class and section of the child.
• Encourage your child to be simple in appearance.
• Discourage long nails, nail paint, jewellery, fancy clips especially during the school hours.
• The school is not responsible for the loss of jewellery or any other costly item.

PARENT TEACHER MEETINGS

The shading of child rests on two pillars i.e. Parent and Teacher. In order to encourage better relationship among teachers and parents and for the welfare of the students, cooperation of parents is sought by school authorities. It is necessary for the parents to attend ‘Parent Teacher Meetings’.

• The class work, test papers may be seen on that day.
• The behaviour of the student at home and school can also be discussed.
• Any suggestions for the improvement of the student and the school in general are welcome.
• All the parents called for by the teachers should meet them at the time mentioned by them.
